Refund policy

Spunky Girl Studios has a no-return policy. However, there is 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Refunds are only issued if there is proof that the wrong item(s) were delivered, the item(s) were damaged upon arrival, or of poor printing quality. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  

If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved, please contact spunkygirlstudios@gmail.com 

Spunky Girl Studios reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the aforementioned criteria.
